Dermody Properties is developing this new 593,565 sf manufacturing facility for WestRock. It is the first building to be built in the LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie on the former site of the Pleasant Prairie Power Plant. WestRock is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions, with more than 50,000 teammates in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Their integrated packaging capabilities offer end-to-end solutions to help customers address their greatest challenges. A large portion of the building will be used for their production lines, roll storage and finished goods. The building also includes 28,000 sf of office and support space build-outs. The building elevations incorporate articulation of massing, canopies, color, reveals and glazing. Site construction is underway.
