Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to Principal and remainder of staff
– Client invoicing
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Prepare, edit and proofread internal/external documents
– Maintain and update contact lists
– Maintain filing system
– Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
– Provide general support to visitors
– Coordinate staff lunch and learns
– Fill out lien waivers with direction of Principal
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-3 years of administrative experience; professional setting preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office products
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail
