The Logisticenter at Berkeley is a 357,619 sf speculative warehouse building for Dermody located on the corner of N. Wolf Road and St. Charles Road in Berkeley, Illinois. The project is designed to achieve LEED Certification which is a developer goal for all of their buildings. The building is designed to visually reduce massing with variations in height, plane, color, texture and material. Corners are articulated with recessed storefront glazing and projecting canopies. A landscaped berm along Wolf Road is incorporated to soften the visibility from the adjacent public way and school.
