Partners in Design Architects, along with Cobalt Partners, are redeveloping an existing 21 acre park and ride site on Loomis Road at highway 43 in Greenfield, WI. Loomis Technology Park will include two speculative multi-tenant industrial incubator facilities, the first at 122,350 square feet and the second at 86,400 square feet in size. The park also has room for a third future building.
