The Lock Up Self Storage

The Lock Up Self Storage is looking to develop and operate a new mixed use – retail and self storage – facility in Arlington, Virginia. Located on the edge of an expanding urban community, the facility will include 6,400 square feet of retail on the first floor, and 77,000 square feet of interior climate controlled self storage space on the remainder of the first floor + the upper 4 floors. The project also includes substantial upgrades and enhancements to the streetscape to better promote a sidewalk and pedestrian friendly corridor.
