Originally built in 1921, Walden III Middle School and High School is undergoing a comprehensive transformation to better serve students and staff. The project includes renovations across most of the 130,000-square-foot facility, along with the addition of a new 800-square-foot secure vestibule to enhance safety and accessibility. Upgrades feature ADA-compliant improvements to restrooms and public areas, a redesigned front office, and the creation of new locker rooms and a modern fitness center. Interior finishes throughout the building are also being refreshed to create a more welcoming and functional environment. In addition, outdated building systems are being upgraded or replaced to meet current standards, ensuring improved performance, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
