Completed in 2008, Riley Construction demonstrated their commitment to sustainability and environmentally focused design and construction by building Kenosha’s first LEED (Silver) Certified building. Partners in Design Architects is proud to have supported them in this effort.
Their LEED Certification was accomplished by somewhat standard means for new construction on a new site, including but not limited to credits for:

- Increased Ventilation and other Air Quality considerations
- Increased insulation values
- Construction Waste Management
- Use of locally sourced materials
- Use of materials with recycled content
