This project will rejuvenate an abandoned portion of the existing 790,000 square foot Waukesha Engine facility for INNIO Group, building on the legacy of the original Waukesha Motor Company founded in 1906. The project includes a 52,000 square foot office renovation/rejuvenation including executive offices, collaboration spaces, offices, work stations a large canteen area, and a 4,000 square foot lab relocation and expansion. Finally, a redesign of the main entrance will enhance visibility, functionality and the visitor experience. Overall, the project is focused on modernizing the facility to support continued innovation, operational efficiency, and growth.
