Kenosha County Human Services Relocation and Renovation

The KCHS Relocation and Renovation is a nearly 145,000 square foot project that includes the renovation of over 65,000 square feet and nearly 80,000 square feet of new construction. The project will not only transform an under-utilized commercial center in the central city area of Kenosha, but will allow the divisions that make up Kenosha County Human Services to vacate their current crowded and outdated facility. The new building will provide a state-of-the-art lab and clinic for the Division of Health as well as daylight filled workspaces for Veteran’s Services, Children and Family Services, Workforce Development and additional county services.
