Typically associated with industrial and large-scale storage facilities, precast concrete panels were thoughtfully adapted to create a durable, highly buildable solution for a retail showroom, e-sales product warehouse, and company offices. Carefully detailed panel joints, openings, and material transitions give the building a refined architectural character while maintaining the inherent efficiency and durability of precast construction. Inside, the open sales floor provides maximum flexibility for seasonal merchandise displays, while tall ceilings and expansive windows give customers a better sense of how the products will look and feel in an outdoor setting.
