430 Park Avenue

430 Park Avenue is an iconic building, constructed in the Tudor architectural style, and located near the edge of downtown Highland Park Illinois. The building was chopped up into 6 smaller retail spaces on the first floor, 14 apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and an unfinished attic space. This renovation project included a complete interior and exterior rejuvenation and repositioning as a boutique mixed use building including 8,300 square feet of upgraded retail spaces on the ground floor, 2 floors and 15,000 square feet of unique office space and a 4th floor condominium (originally planned to be 3 units) of 7,200 square feet. Renovations included exterior repairs and refresh, new storefronts, two new code compliant stairwells (replacing existing), and new elevator, a new garage for the residential tenant, and new finishes for the office lobby and common corridors on office floors. We subsequently also designed the office improvements as tenants were signed.
