Over many years over numerous projects, Partners in Design Architects has transformed Kenosha’s Kemper Center, a former Episcopalian Girls’ High School, into an office and conference center. Other projects have included reconstruction of the building’s planetarium and replacement of windows with historically accurate and energy efficient modern units.
