This existing two story office building was completely gutted and remodeled into a new corporate headquarters for Vanee Foods, a family-owned manufacturer in the foodservice industry. The exterior received a facelift to modernize the appearance of the building with painted brick, ACM composite panel siding, new front and rear entry canopies, window replacement, and a new exterior deck with wood pergola connected to the staff break room.
In addition to office spaces and conference rooms, the interior includes employee amenities such as a break room, collaboration and coffee spaces, fitness room, and a large lounge/family room. There is also an evaluation/training kitchen with adjoining presentation room where they can demonstrate their products for clients and staff. The interior aesthetic has a contemporary feel with glass front offices and an exposed ceiling structure in the open areas with suspended baffles and floating ceiling clouds.
