The new Sturtevant Amtrak Station, along with its pedestrian bridge, serves the Village not only as a commuter gateway, but also as a municipal icon.
The station retains the architectural character of the beloved but obsolete original station in service since 1903, while updating its functionality to meet today’s standards in a palette of traditional materials.
