We have played a key role in the development of the Business Park of Kenosha since its inception. Originally envisioned as a home for smaller scale businesses, our scope of work in this park ranges from a small 11,200 square foot build-to-suit buildings, to multi-tenant buildings to a 600,000 square foot warehouse and distribution building. Similar to the LakeView Corporate Park, we have designed and constructed over half of these buildings and well over three quarters of its building area.
