Concept Labs is a company with over 30 years of experience helping beauty brands develop and manufacture skin, body, and hair care products. They recently relocated to a new 150,000 square foot facility in Pleasant Prairie to support their growing operations.
The project included installing new equipment for blending and filling products from a custom compounding mezzanine, adding storage, additional production lines, modular offices, expanded R&D lab, and a 5,000 square foot corporate office buildout. Improvements were also made to the building’s water system to better serve both production and office needs. Overall, the project is focused on enhancing the space to improve efficiency and support continued growth.
