2024 IRej Award Winners

2024 IRej Award Winners

Two of our projects were recently announced as winners of the 2024 RE Journals – Illinois Real Estate Awards!

The Logistics Campus
2800 West Diehl Road

The Logistics Campus was selected as the winner of the Redevelopment/Reuse/Historic – Industrial category.

The Logistics Campus is located on the 230-acre property of the abandoned former Allstate office campus (Glenview, IL). The site has since been redeveloped into a Class A logistics campus, consisting of 3.2 million square feet in 10 buildings and is anticipated to bring 1,900 jobs to the area. The site is being designed around many of the property’s existing landscape and water features, and further enhanced with robust new landscaping in concert with the relocation of hundreds of mature trees in an effort to maintain the park-like setting. All buildings are being designed with sustainable features and will be LEED certified.

Congratulations to Dermody Properties and the entire project team on this prestigious award! PIDA was proud to be your design partner on this award-winning project!
