Carthage College Facilities Operations Building

In an effort to consolidate and streamline the facilities department, Carthage College determined that a new building on campus would be the most effective way of achieving this goal, with the added benefit of freeing up additional future academic space. While the function of the building is utilitarian in nature, the design needed to maintain the high-quality aesthetic that the community has come to expect from Carthage College. An efficient pre-engineered building structure provided a cost-effective solution that created large interior spaces while also allowing for a refined exterior design which reflects the function of the building and provides an attractive, complementary campus aesthetic while respecting the residential neighborhood.
